Do you wish for better skin, but feel like a multiple-step regimen requires too much effort? We totally get it. What if there were a skincare routine that just works? Great news! There is. Check out this effortless guide that gives you results—and your time back.

Step 1: Cleansing is a must!

We don’t care how lazy you’re feeling, your skincare routine absolutely has to start with zero makeup and clean skin. Look for a cleanser with natural ingredients to gently remove impurities.

Optional: Is your skin extra oily? Use a toner. Applying it with a cotton pad also helps get rid of dead skin that could build up, clog pores, and cause breakouts.

Step 2: Here comes the good part: You don't need 10 more steps after cleansing if you know what your skin needs.

Based on your skin type and needs, select ONE option that you can go straight to after cleansing

a. Dry skin? Use a moisturizer. To keep things simple, select a moisturizer that can be used during the day and night. No more guesswork!

b. Oily to combination skin? Go straight to face oils. For extra parched skin, apply face oil after moisturizer, but if you're pressed for time and you have oily to combination skin, you can actually go straight to fast-absorbing and lightweight face oils. Using two to three drops on your palm, rub your hands together to warm up the oil and massage gently on your face and neck for a sensorial experience.

And that's it! With this skincare routine, you'll have two steps on some days and maybe an additional step when your skin needs a bit more TLC. Want to know more skincare shortcuts? Read on:

  • Soften your lips while you brush your teeth. It’s as simple as brushing your lips with your wet toothbrush to remove dry skin flakes. Afterwards, slather on some lip butter to lock in moisture and keep your pout soft and supple.
  • Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Make it even easier by keeping a bottle of water on hand at all times, big enough that you’ll only need to refill it once or twice during the day.
  • Get plenty of rest. Skin is repaired and renewed during sleep, so aim for seven to nine hours every night.

No matter how simple your skincare routine is, you’ll want to choose natural products with nourishing essential oils and other nutrient-packed ingredients.
